Rumbling along ex-Erie trackage following the slow babble of French Creek, ME-1 returns to Meadville with its pick-ups from Oil City and Rouseville in tow.

Trundling through the sleepy borough of Sugarcreek, ME-1 passes my favorite spot on the Oil City Branch, the sister bridges of Sugarcreek.
